To ensure the high quality of the olive fruit ‘Kalamon’, Threpsi follows traditional harvesting methods. The Kalamata olives are carefully collected by hand. With the sole addition of water, vinegar, olive oil and salt, without any preservatives, they are placed in glass jars, so that you can enjoy them all year around.

The natural sea salt is collected by hand in a traditional way from natural stone basins of the rocky coastline in Mani in the Peloponnese. Then it’s naturally sun dried without any additives. It is the purest and most precious of all salts in the Mediterranean.
